Transmission

I have built my drivetrain around the expectation of the yet-to-be-released Syracuse 5-speed (a 5-speed based on the Muncie 4-speed design), but it hasn't been released yet and I need a transmission at this point. So, I bought an Auto Gear "Muncie" 4-speed built in the M22 format. The AGE M22 provides:

7/8/2009: The transmission arrived, but I've not yet installed it. It will be installed along with a CenterForce Dual Friction 11-inch clutch and a CenterForce steel billet 163-tooth flywheel. It will be shifted via a vintage Hurst Competion/Plus shifter.

Here's the transmission shortly after it arrived.

Here's how it looks compared to a vintage Muncie case.
