4/14/2007: Doug and Steph came today to pick up the main body shell. The plan is to have the bodywork done to the main shell and get the outer body in primer and the underside in black. Once the work on the shell is complete we'll drop the body on the finished frame and then Doug will start in on the loose parts, fenders, doors, hood and tailgate. Once those are in shape we'll be ready for paint and final assembly. That's quite a ways off though.
Here Doug and my brother-in-law Harry are strapping it down.

It pays to have friends. Here is the crew that helped lift the shell from storage onto the trailer. The bodyman Doug is at the back center standing on the trailer. He and his wife Steph are smiling because they know I'll be writing them some big checks soon.

4/23/2007: Well, the shell is in the rig and the clean up and rebuilding has begun.
