Not a lot to report but I did temporarily install the exhaust system. I did this as much to find a better place to store the pipes and mufflers since the boxes everything came in were rather large and were taking up a lot of room in my shop. Also, since it will be a while until I actually will need the exhaust I thought it would be best to test fit things to see if what I have will work.
Up front the Hedman Hedders (their spelling, not mine!) first connect to header collector extentions I had made. The collectors, extentions and head pipes are all 3-inch aluminized pipe. The main head pipes are a Pypes product as are all the stainless steel clamps. I'm not entirely pleased with the fit of the header collector extentions since they don't hit the crossmember at the crossmember's high points. This is causing tight clearances between the pipes and the crossmember. I may have to have new extentions made with a jog in them or simply have a slight dimple put in these to provide more clearance.

Here you can see the headpipes flowing back to Magnaflow polished stainless steel mufflers. These Pypes stainless band clamps really work nice.

Here are the 2.5-inch Flowmaster tailpipe. Flowmaster showed these tailpipes as having a dump just behind the rear wheel but they instead have an exit clear back at the bumper. Once I get the body on the frame I'll cut the tailpipes and weld in a short dump behind the wheels.

Here's how it looks as a whole.

Update
Well, the body has been on for a while so I permanently installed the collectors, headpipes and mufflers. The tailpipes I bought wouldn't work since they run to the bumper and the wagons have a spare tire well in the way in the passenger side quarter but that's okay since I wanted them to dump right behind the rear wheels. I had the muffler man cut off the tails and make some appropriate extensions. They really look and fit great.

You can see the entire installed exhaust system on the Undercarriage page.
