Well,
the car is basically fully assembled at this time. I still am
waiting for the cargo area side panels to be upholstered and the
carpet for the cargo floor to be made and it is obviously still
missing a final set of wheels and tires but it is now basically
fully assembled. Finally!
At some future date I will install different front springs to raise the nose a bit and get rid of some of the "stink bug" stance while keeping it fairly low overall. I will also be adding a Malibu SS emblem to the tailgate. I have an NOS badge but I want to keep it tucked away so I'll buy a reproduction and use that. I'll also at some date be adding a meaningful stereo and some sort of 17" aggressive wheels and tires to compliment the suspension modifications.
There are still some fine tuning and cleaning tasks to do, but it sure feels good to have the car basically complete and street legal for the first time ever (while I've owned it at least).
