My Chevelle Now Available In Miniature!

Over the past three plus years I have been working with a high-end diecast car producer on a series of 1965 Chevelles. As you might imagine the series includes Z16s, El Caminos, convertibles and hardtops. The first car out of the series was a red Z16, then a pair of Malibu SS convertibles and more recently a black '65 El Camino.

The latest release out of the series is a copy of my very own car! Right down to the current license plates, this most recent edition is modeled after my car which was used as a photographic study subject to get the dimension of the car correct. I took over 200 photos of my car for this project and have provided research and review services as the project has progressed.

I'm very pleased with the results!

I've also modified a copy to nearly duplicate the look of my car in street trim with '69 SS wheels, sway bars. I also corrected a few of the errors made on the model by removing the brake booster, placing the driveshaft stripes on the front of the driveshaft and adding the driveshaft part number stencil.
